to think that we have a choice between levels of service is an ultimate folly. when you are pinned between two extremes, of those that want the best performance at any cost versus those that want a deal, the ones that want a deal are treated like an underclass that cannot afford it. A luxury rate is placed on the item where a relatively small increase in cost is sold as the only option to most shoppers who do not even know a discount rate is available. The discount rate is then sold to the poorest customers, who end up paying a significant portion of the cost of the bandwidth, however recieve even less value than they have fairly paid towards the bandwidth cost of the wealthy. The wealthy get to float with a rate that is not that much higher than everyone else but get almost 5 times as much out of their dollar value, just for having paid a thrid more.

This is ultimately not fair to the consumer, since neither of them are getting what they paid for. If the poorest people got what they paid for then they might not be poor anymore, and might be able to pay a higher rate to get more. If the richest people wanted more, they could always choose to pay more. That there would be any imbalance between the rate you pay, and the rate at which you get, is ultimately unfair to everyone involved, eliminating all choice between what you pay for and what you get, as if to devalue everything, that you ought to expect things to cost just any old rate on any certain date, and calculate the value based on the cost, at least in industries where accomplishing this is readily simple and achieveable.

Sure you may not be able to tell based on the cost which grape will taste better, let alone which apple will be better for you, however when it comes to how many bits per second you are allowed to allocate on the internet, the distinction between cost and value recieved is moot. It’s not that you have to digest the apple to find out what you paid for, since if you decide to pay ten dollars per month then you should get 1/5th of the 50 dollar value. You deserve to get what you pay for, and while there might be some bad apples in the bag, there aren’t any colored bytes on the internet. Any shade of grey is immediately cast into an underclass, and that people accept this type of treatment from multinational businesses is like standing in the dark, a tribute to thrifty success of the rich for their glorious swindling of all people, worshiping their disgusting segregations of their markets, divided and conqured from fighting back united.

Fortunately there is relief. You can in fact avoid ever having to see useless paths, at least unless you try to perform a search. It is fortunately simple to change the default location of the explorer icon at least by modifying the shortcut. You can simply place the path to the directory you want to start in after explorer.exe in the target box of the shortcut’s properties window. More Info

Unfortunately you will still be affronted with a myriad of shortcuts to these completely useless paths. Lets say you want to save a file to a very deep path inside of my documents, but you have the folder open and have navigated there already but in your stupidity you happened to click the “documents” button under “libraries” when you were trying to find the file to open in a half hour ago. Now your folder from which you opened the file has a polluted path that starts with the imaginary location Libraries\Documents\… and when you try to save a file to the location Libraries\Documents\…..\filename.exe you will ultimately fail since the folder Libraries basically never exists in the location you are residing in. Attempting to use \Libraries doesn’t help either. There is fundamentally zero way to access anything via this folder, and I’m not sure how anyone can even contemplate using it in a casual manner. Even if you do try to use it it’s still hopelessly slower. I’m not sure why this feature even exists in the first place, or if it could even be argued to be a feature at all. Other than protecting helpless users from posting the full path to the file on the internet Libraries just take up space and if anyone out there knows how to remove them then the more power to you. Capped modem speed internet for a full 24 hours when exceeding 200 to 208.33 megabytes is a foul and unusual punishment for any 1 to 1:13 period of time you can easily exceed your limit in a quarter of that time with little or no warning and be punished crudely with no https access whatsoever and modem speeds for longer than anyone who is paying more than sixty bucks per month could ever stand in any reasonably modern environment.

So why get capped? Can you think of any good reason? What if you could at least narrowly avoid it. How many hours of downtime would you save by taking an hour off? A full 17 hours of downtime at least, and that’s if you don’t sleep through the real fair access period in the middle of the night. You are definitely in luck if you’re the type of person that wants your internet shut off automatically before the punishment kicks in. A little hour of punishment now goes a long way later.

All you have to do is find a tricky way to persuade me to allow the solution to fall into your fingers, seeing as I don’t work for them or ever would consider mentioning their name, if you found this, you are one clever individual who might happily appreciate the joys of having full speed, at least up to the 8.33MB gained each our plus whatever was left when you decided to opt out of getting punished like a child for using the internet normally, to make the most of your 60 dollars per month by spending a little extra on me once Buy me some ice cream and I might make you happy customer of someone else for years…

You could be enjoying you’re full 341.61 MB allotment per day (plus whatever you can get at 5night), even though most of it will be gone the first hour of the day at least each hour you will be able to download like one more 8.33MB thing, no matter what. All for just 60 per month to those assholes to put us here, plus a tiny one time fee to me, and you won’t even be forced to take entire days off where you only have access to 30 or so MB and it takes the entire day to download that much, so ultimately if you are stuck in one of these sub human situations think about it a little bit, because it might not take all that much as it might seem to avoid it! You know… it never hurts to ask… so send me a message and we can probably work something out.

If you don’t use that much bandwidth and you think it’s not really a problem, you really don’t know how bad you make things for the rest of us by being complacent and accepting unfairness as it is…

But who is the real culprit?  The deception is spread so thinly that most people fail to detect it, are so use to accepting it, that they simply accept it, and it’s in this very practice that nothing get’s accomplished.  Tho whose benefit is such an consequence.  How powerful are their interests?  Can you think of any practical conglomerates that share a mutual vested interest in keeping people trapped right where they area?  How many people trap themselves in a routine that is ultimately maladaptive and never even realizing it become addicted to a way of existence that is ultimately of no benefit to any real sane individual in any real meaningful or human way, rather only visible as a pocket book dispensing something for very little in return, and as little as possible at that.  And you can really invest a lot in people and ultimately feel like you’re getting something in return, however lots of the time they tricked you and the value you’re getting isn’t worth what you paid for.  I’m glad none of you have really paid me in any significant way because of this I can keep giving you nothing for free.  Be careful if you take out your pocket book.  You might be surprised and get what you wanted, but a lot of the time you will be shocked and surprised by just how expensive what you really want is.  Not necessarily because it’s even more valuable necessarily but because it costs so much more than the crap they would try to tell you is the same thing.  Most things you’ll find in stores are mere simulations of a real product.  Small fascinations, and while a real product exists, somewhere, everyone tries to sell you mere simulate, and if you can tell the difference then you would be set because you would never become trapped in their system that is designed to make them rich and you poor, as slowly as possible that you might not notice, yet as fast as they can get away with.

So you see the modern corporate individual as a fraud, and ultimately an anonymityzing factor where none of the individuals accept complete responsibility for being an asshole, and they just get away with it on mutual agreement that no one will really catch them.  This however is merely a joke they tell themselves, that they are aware enough to actually pretend they know what to expect next.  Sure they may have a great deal of experience, but a lot of the times you’ll find these people simply expect the same thing, and they actually think a lot about how to keep things that are working from changing on them, and hence once terrible things get started off on the wrong foot, it’s ultimately consequent that things will either loose control or need to be adjusted to satisfy the realities that lie in wait for the individuals who pretend they aren’t responsible for doing anything yet murder innocent people on a daily basis and get away with it because the corporate name is so trusted that no one in their right mind dares to think that the friendly brand name on the television would be killing people for profit just for the thrill of it, that you would condone or approve of what is happening and allow them to get away with it?    How can anyone approve of it?  Ultimately the real crime is that people do not understand what is being done to them, and ultimately that they accept it without question, but who is really at fault for that?  What is with all of this training that slowly materializes into an individual, how is it that you can guarantee that individual is fully actualized and actually the most useful possible tool except but to understand the most effective way to use them just seems wrong, to even presume one knows how to best use anyone is really arrogant and unfair, and ultimately enslaving of individuals.

What is it that people really need to do what you want is the ultimate question, but to think that anyone has a good answer to either satisfy what you really want or what they actually need to do what you can’t even imagine you want, except that in the first place to presume you do know what is good and what is wrong.  Strange things happen though when profit seems like good, and investing seems like loss if it would free you from the harmful cycle of being profitable with no regard to consequence.  People become trained into maladaptive ways of life that its a lot more difficult to combat once the harm has been done, and it actually seems false-fully more profitable to keep things how they are, when profit is measured by the numbers, and the real cost on culture and society is ignored, then the consequences are very real for the individuals involved, both the victims and the victors that successfully robbed them will find no solace or success in continuing doing what they have been, though wealth might seem like victory the real hollowness of the pursuit will catch up with you, whether you can sense it or not, when for profit is for not.

When you think you have won you are most vulnerable.  When you think you know what you want because you have been trained into accepting that as food you are vulnerable.  When you have been drugged by some chemical additive and do not know it your mind is vulnerable to falling for it, however if it’s not ultimately good for you, and rather good for keeping you eating more of it and coming back to refill because it doesn’t satisfy any useful requirement except that you feel like doing it, to fall for the trap that so many intelligent minds have set up for you and never realize that you were being hunted.  To not see clearly the shameless horrific nature of the whole monstrosity that masquerades as a healthful helpful being, pretending to stay within the confines of sufficient laws while meanwhile exploiting every loophole they can get away with as corporate entities 10 to the 100 times more intelligent than any individual yet baseless and degraded in every humanly considerate aspect of their activities merely getting by with the maximum accepted levels ove deviation while pretending and convincing the public that they are in fact perfect, while meanwhile merely being a representation of perfect designed to convince you, however without any ultimate fundamental beneficial nature because they stripped that away from themselves when they tried to seek to be powerful and in control and get rich off the perilous victims who either don’t realize their enemies or were taught foolishly not to look their enemies in the eyes, but to accept this fake truth painted over their tainted core as if they were really there imaginary representative perfect individual brand name product they place on the shelves or in the airwaves and microwaves that go through you which they broadcast needlessly for little reason except that you have come to accept and even expect that from them, while all along remaining connected to the idea that they are there for your benefit, while in reality the motivations behind their actions for profit reasons are almost always quite far from your ultimate best interests that you may or may not even be aware of.

When it comes down to it there are many many countless individuals in this world that are worth supporting and have very useful purposes, however the problem comes in adequately rewarding these individuals because for profit and for the one who generates profit are not seen for what they are, and the training is so pervasive that most individuals accept whatever they get as if it were a reward.  You never know what they are really putting in there though, and they try very hard to convince you that you know everything there is to know about it, but you’ll find if you ever really try to look at something that no matter how many ways you look there is always more than you think is there, and that if something is trying to hide particularly well that you won’t be able to spot it through any of the glasses they would sell you because it’s designed to remain invisible and their deception is often more complete than you will be able to give it credit for if it works for them, chances are it slipped right by you.

I got a new 8gb card for my camera so I can take a couple hours of video if I want. I did this mostly in one shot, it was like 15 minutes long so I had to take some chunks out of it, but you get the basic idea I’m sure. Your tax is still expected to be a certain percentage of your income over a year period.
You can pay any part of your tax any time you want something improved or fixed
You can always allocate your tax dollars to exactly where you want them spent
You can never give your tax dollars to someone else to spend on your behalf
(unless you can prove that you are mentally unable to understand the implications of your spending)
Any attempts to make people stupid enough to give this right away need to be eliminated at the source
You must understand the implications of where you spend your money as it effects life, lives and your life
Any cause that you can legally put your taxes towards must include the following criteria
-Must benefit more than just one person
-Nation tax payments must benefit the entire nation however you can put precedence towards benefiting an area that is below the national average level of service in a particular area
-Local tax payments must benefit the entire locality, not just your street, only a percentage of anything absurdly local to yourself could ever count as benefiting the entire locality
-The mathematics for this are not complex and are rather quite simple to divide the percentages accordingly so long as accurate statistics are measured with the lowest overhead possible one can easily spread the money in a way that is most fair and benefits the most people however this part of the system algorithm needs to be understood by and visible to everyone.
-All tax payments must also provide some benefit yourself, it is not legal to commit suicide by tax payment by supporting things that are not beneficial to yourself or anyone else, such as making cyanide legal over the counter substance or giving fluoride to children cannot be a legitimate cause.
-All legitimate causes might get on the Ballot. Mathematics or Linguistics might be legitimate causes in the category of education. They would be able to go through a speedy process to get on the ballot as causes you could put your taxes towards. There might be another set of Mathematics under Research. It might be possible to automatically spread money over each set of mathematics fairly or allocate it more specifically. This way it becomes easy to support either very general or very specific causes easily.

-Centralized broadcast mediums could/can not adequately direct peoples interests in ways that would benefit them, and almost always has the opposite effect.
There should be no overhead in distribution or transfer of money. making money off money must invariably become illegal because it is always slight of hand, and simple magic tricks that are illogical and child play unreasonable and unacceptable. The only way to make money would be to invest your tax dollars in something useful, and if you always managed to invest in such a way that lead to gains then there might be some reward or credit for having done so, or at least social standing or respect for making good decisions, making taxes and voting a game is of critical importance. If people actually got what they paid for they would be more involved which is critical to success as a nation, because involvement and investment are key to being a part of it. Our current system leave everyone detached as possible from the actual inner workings of the system, which is inherently backwards. Even through very passive tax season action people should become very desperately involved.

People you might elect to government might include people who try to propose new causes BUT necessarily and JUST as important people who try to shoot down those causes as for being secret schemes to try to put things on the ballot that have no ultimate benefit, such as letting people invest in systems that would ultimately lead to an increase in their stupidity and lessen their ability to make sound ballot decisions. All schemes must be approached as scientifically as possible which is to say to not discount any possibilities or favor any particular position that has validity or following while at the same time trying to shed new light on existing positions that they might come to realize a common benefit of mutual action. There is still a great need to judge whether things are legitimate causes or not and ultimately still a need to lead people towards recognizing the opportunities that are waiting for them while at the same time the emphasis cannot be on opportunities to get rich, but rather opportunities to lead better lives in the future while being very careful not to embrace or approve anything too early or before it’s ready. Ideally the ultimate separation of corporate interests from the government bodies such as congress and the FDA need to be attained somehow, and the only way to do this is to create the antiFDA as a government body, and anything that gets approval needs to go through both of them. While this might seem like parasitic loss, one body invariably represents the corporate interests while the other body must necessarily represent the publics interests, and while corporations may still attempt to dissuade the public into believing their position through marketing and advertising and all sorts of tactics that trick religious people into thinking they are on the same side as the corporations, ultimately if the system is set up correctly from the ground up doing this would become impossible, because any true devils advocate system could not actually take the same position without due scientific critical process. It must not be a big show, or lawyer based court room battle so much as a discussion between opposites where the opposition has as much say as the proposition. The necessary requirement for any such system is that scientific studies that came to a different conclusion would not be ignored or silenced. One big example of regulation failing in this respect is the FDA allowing GMO foods to be approved because of corporate profit reasons while the scientists had evidence it was not ready or fit for mas consumption. Ideally the entire point of this system is to prevent the public from becoming guinea pigs and ultimately being stupefied into incapacity at existence in the system by some new substance that alters their genetic relationships. To slow the acceptance of questionable things until there is adequate proof rather than simply convincing proof thats good enough to fool the stupid populations into thinking that its the same thing. There are going to always be certain areas that time must be spent to fight against making radical changes too quickly and there is always going to be the danger that people are going to try to overload the system with so many simultaneous, confusing, and conflicting things that there will be a chance of something getting through that shouldn’t have, and the system must be designed so that this is downright impossible to accomplish, that there can be no tricking the system into doing what you want unless you actually satisfy all of the ever increasing requirements, in which case it’s not a trick, but the requirements must always increase the more that is known and previously approved things must always loose approval unless they are considered fundamental or baseline and even then must be subject to question every once in a while as new methods of assessment become available, although the extinction of any technology (such as the heirloom tomato) is not the goal, regulating the spread of modern fake tomato and other contamination may be very important. Nothing that is approved today by the FDA will be approved tomorrow without going through the processes of tomorrow first, and next week when those regulations change no one gets to carry their approval automatically. The latest science of risk must be available, and if there is even a .0001% chance that it will adversely effect any individual that individual must both know about it and have choice about it, such as mercury in a vaccine, as a basic right to not discriminate and force things on everyone simply because its good enough for you can never mean that it’s also good enough for everyone or anyone. Someone will always be sensitive and always must be guaranteed the right to not be exposed to anything accidentally or outside their control. It only takes one person to ever bring down any unfair cheat of a profit motive in favor of something that has less adverse effects, that more often than not exposure is pollution that spread and contamination by human chemical pollution must be not only regulated or controlled but eliminated.

Ultimately the consequences are:
Elections become irrelevant, tax time is election time
Elections are really tax season which is the due date before taxes are due
Anyone can look at where all of the money has been spent and decide where else might need more money at any time.
The ultimate decisions are not decided by money but rather by fairness and correctness, something that has lost it’s place in our government as it has turned out, in spite of the original intention…. that rallying around a particular flag to get people to spend their tax money there must be met with a certain level of suspicion most of the time… especially when there is a profit motive which is very frequent… people need to be less trick-able and less easily mislead to really improve the quality of the results we get
Corporations need to ultimately take their place in the dog house, or government needs to step up and not be a victim to corporate interests and corporate dollars misleading results and getting things such as laws and changes approved for profit. Misleading people in order to profit must ultimately be reduced and or eliminated.
NO record of where money comes from or where it goes is kept secret.
When interests that go against each other arise its important that they can meet in a safe place and discuss how to better spend money that is going towards pointless parasitic causes that only fight each other and accomplish nothing else.

The ideal consequence is the elimination of a two party system, the elimination of people spending money on someone else’s advice or trickery, and rather people doing what they think is right and being educated rather than made stupid or drugged into submission, and being made to feel confident in their spending rather than feeling like they don’t know how to decide, but rather bringing home the real measurable difference their spending makes and the strong association between what they invest in and what the future brings them. Instead of passing a law like the patriot act that gives up rights people might make much better decisions that would have a greater effect by simply allocating money where they think it would need to be allocated to improve security rather than having the patriot act forced down their throat at gunpoint by some unknown third party. It becomes necessarily clear that Osama must inherently benefit from the patriot act or he wouldn’t have attacked us in the first place! That people can be mislead into spending or making rash decisions regardless, and that systems must be in place almost exclusively to combat this exact phenomenon more-so than anything else, because while we don’t negotiate with terrorists they may negotiate us, that policy is great but practice is greater, and I think that science itself has a lot to offer in that regard speaking in terms of emotional detachment and thinking things through and coming up with practical solutions that are worth spending money on, although chances are the same people proposing any solution for you are the same people that caused the problem, it’s this very methodology that is most beneficial in detecting the real culprit to any type of marking event that most terrorist attacks are ultimately used as, regardless of who started it, it’s more likely that the vested interests that pop up with magical solutions after the fact were involved, and this needs to be understood at a very low level not only by every individual that exists at any given point in time but also inherent in a low level of the governmental mechanism to recognize this and ultimately isolate the true culprits and expose them public-ally for who they are rather than blaming some distant party that can hardly profit, in truth anyone who profits is a suspect, and that the worst enemies already know this and try to hide it. Pointing fingers resolves to whoever pointed it hiding something.

Many people will try to take credit for this idea. I had this idea at least 5 years ago. It’s not a new idea to me. I don’t care who takes credit as long as there are radical changes that are accurate to the philosophy of involvement and counter to the philosophy of detachment and uninvolved, which only breeds conspiracy and localized or worse yet corporate interests, covert meetings, and ultimate theft from less involved players. I’d gladly run into any hostage situation and try to reason with them if only people could be trusted to be human, it would be one thing, however there is no point risking my life to protect any investment that is not my own, that involvement is more dangerous and more of an enemy than anything else, and any form of police state will only breed two groups, one radically afraid and in support of it but mostly only out of fear of not going with the flow of it, and the other radically unimpressed and passionately un-passionate, ultimately giving up on the rest of them for being stupid enough to bring themselves there.

All I can say is I couldn’t agree more and I’m very sorry this type of thing would happen to you. It works great for me. There is nothing I can do unfortunately however I might suggest that there could be a conflict of some type that would cause this. Disabling certain plugins might fix it. If its a conflict of interests then thats unacceptable but possible. I try not to be paranoid nutcase however its difficult to not blame the powers that be for being paranoid that I am a threat to them, and they threaten me to try to tempt me into their trap like big stupid spiders and its hard not to want to squish them for not being humans or at least not acting like real ones, I have a funny feeling they will get what they are asking for ultimately and its only out of pity that they aren’t already gone although I’m not sure if they deserve it, they steal pity regardless without asking for it and employ a wide variety of sub human tactics. You ISP could be the culprit. It might be silverlight or the flash version. It could be just about anything! Your not the only person this has happened to, and others have been force to suffer other consequences unfairly which I feel pretty horrible about responsibility being pinned on me when it wasn’t me that created these problems that might be solved by different or superior hardware being more available.

There is an auto reload feature under display which will click refresh automatically when the screen goes white however refreshing the page only solves this issue for some people. If certain abilities are made available in chrome this entire issue could probably be avoided quite easily. Unchecking share view statistics may also mysteriously solve this problem but you might have to set this via cookies. Clearing all your cookies for youtube might help at least temporarily

I will try to release a method of changing preferences without running the extension although chances are the problem is not that easily solvable, and without considerable time or effort and this would not make a difference. If we can map effected regions or groups in some consistent way then we could probably take out this particular problem but so far there isn’t much information that I’m aware of that would help.

Does it make you LOL too?? We should ignore it because its impossible to understand is just about the biggest joke ever. It’s actually dangerously simple though.

WHY would you EVER burn one of the most precious resources. How can it be considered profitable to eliminate any resource? Is it even conceivable that it’s legal to make money by destroying a resource??? Its all very simple and outrageous, it’s not a scientific conspiracy, its just plain stupid. It’s not just anyones oil, it’s everyones oil and our future could very well depend on its continued existence if rocket boosters are all you scientists can justify implementing. and the waste of it is really not tolerable for anyone. Practically any use of it whatsoever is simply waste, but if your going to just waste it why would you pay these scum that steal it and try to sell it to you in the first place.

As far as I’m concerned no one owns anything that is outside of a 3 foot radius of where they are standing. Bullets kind of cheap cheated this simple truth into convincing people they own thing that are quite distant. If there were a group it would be better that they killed each other fighting over it than to have them team up and defend it and try to sell it to you, but to think they actually own it in any true sense besides they will force you to comply if you try to steal it they will sick the law on you which by the fact that it protects them is arguably more crooked than they are, is a major joke of the centuries.

In the future when everything is wasted all I can think is they will look back and possibly realize that same asshole who has been screwing them over the entire time is still alive and still controlling them. It always happens eventually, and it never ultimately lasts, but the sale of any resource that is depleting cannot be sustainable or acceptable practice from any official standpoint on the issue…. People can get away with horrible invasion of privacy and individuality. Being spied effectively means someone is downloading your personality remotely, and broadcasting this information before you even get a chance to. It severely limited ones ability to really accomplish anything productive or advanced for society. By treating the members of society like cattle your ultimately assigning them the same fate. The very assignment of hierarchy is invalid. It is only a primitive animalistic society that would even attempt to do such things and degrade individual sanctity in such a way.

The problem with ones identity being stolen is in spite of all of the hype it has little or nothing to do with bad guys versus what you would think to be good guys abusing technology to get an unfair edge by simply spying on people because they have nothing better to do. In spite of there being little if any actual risk that’s greater than living in a primitive society where the constituent members are treated like animals, it is more likely that greater harm is caused by subversive and high tech spying which is much more likely to frustrate and organize people than the low tech conventional historic counterpart.

Ultimately the tipple phase electromagnetic wall reduction scopes and various other means of tracking and monitoring individuals are both primitive and unjust. The technology is simply too advanced, and even if it had FDA approval, the difference is when a food is approved as safe, it still might not be, and you still have a choice. Ultimately you still need to have a choice before you accept someone else putting some radiation through your body inadvertently. To not have a choice in the matter is unacceptable, and i means that your just an animal at the whims of some other animals secret spying game that they think is fundamentally important and not somehow fundamentally draining the resources and interests of that individual. There is nothing ultimately worse than subversive spying because it only makes better criminals, and until someone has the technology to automatically return fire on any detected high levels of radiation then I’m not sure there is any alternative but to develop such technology, because until there is a legal way to fight back all that’s ultimately left is to play someones pet until the opportunity arises to destroy injustice and break out of the police state we are creating for ourselves, a world where ultimately we accept that we will become animals and ultimately accept that we will eventually become disobedient when left in any caged scenario regardless of who is implementing the cage having any interests of value or not, the point is moot that there is greater service in trusting your captor. The captors want what is good for them, and ultimately when your trapped in their very expensive cage you can’t help but get the feeling that your life has no value and that the only good that you can actually accomplish is destroying the cage. This is a pitiful imitation of a modern society of empowered individuals who are capable of making choices about what effects them that is slowly being exchanged for a society where we are all someone else’s animals in someone else’s game who is slowly leading us toward a future where we won’t be necessary.

There is no technology that is beyond an individuals understanding that can be used on that individual. The provisions for bypassing this type of regulation are many but none of them are valid or acceptable. Without notifying the individual before hand and having them read and accept a document there is no right to use any type of advanced dangerous or experimental technology in so far as the individual believes such technology to be dangerous to their own well being property and possessions including their own body and own life. Any globally mandated approval for any type of technology us fundamentally unsound, especially considering newer and newer technologies will be more difficult to track, on a long enough timeline any type of advanced technology will ultimately be used against you, and you have every right in the world to not just know about it but also to fight back and prevent it from occurring to you. Being xrayed without your approval is tantamount to being brutally kidnapped and dragged into someones basement where they get to cut you up to find out what makes you tick. There is no form of technology that anyone should be exposed to whom does not wish to be exposed to. Being exposed to such technology without ones approval or understanding is valid means to fight back for ones life. Just like being exposed to a bullet means that now you can shoot back to save your own life, being exposed to any form of directed radiation in fact means same thing, the only problem being it’s so difficult to detect without employing the use of other technology.

Is there a right hands for all of this technology? My own hands. That’s the only acceptable answer, but obviously you wouldn’t want someone like yourself sitting across the street watching you all day pointing their device at your most valuable parts for laughs while your simply their remote victim and little more, sitting somewhere outside your detection secretly toying with your life, living with their own delusions of power. There is no human being who you can trust to use such a technology responsibly. This is why advanced technology brings out the primitive side of society more profoundly than it frees us from our primitive confines. You can attempt to rely on advanced technology to save you but it might simply send you back from where you came unless your society also advances in such a way that it could contain members that could ever be trusted to use such a technology for a good reason. The only time that it would make any sense is to use on an individual you are at war with, however to use it before you are at war, merely because you expect that there will be war, will only and certainly bringing about the very war you are seeking to create, and it’s fundamentally unacceptable to create wars just as it’s unacceptable to release advanced technology to just a few people and hope they can be trusted to not alter the future drastically and detrimentally.

Where you look for an enemy where there is not one it will become necessary to create one in response to all of the looking you will ultimately cause what you are looking for out of fear, your fears will become reality. Someone will always capitalize on the fear. They are the real criminal, but by capitalize I mean there would have to be an awful lot of money involved, such as all the money, that is, too much money that you would never even notice it missing because it is unfortunately too massive to sit around and be watched all day.
