I think they can easily be stored as a single string and compared for uniqueness, while counting the number of applications. Also an auto configuration script so that the first time installer can install and apply the configuration instantly. Other ideas include opening up the script demo feature to support selection of any userscript and simulate application on any website url… extending my current implementation to support cookies for GM_setValue and GM_getValue, it could provide a way to access userscript features on 3rd party systems without the need to install extensions.
